Tyler has been with W Tax Group for 6½ years, specializing in client communication and billing. His role is to make office life at the firm a great one — keeping everyone up to date with schedule changes and helping clients gather their tax prep documents. His favorite part of the job is hearing how much the firm has helped its clients, and he finds it meaningful to be part of the solution to such an overwhelming situation, truly getting to know clients over the course of their case. Outside of work, Tyler loves to cook, hosts weekend get-togethers with friends and family, and is a twice-published poet with work featured in two poetry books.

Catherine has been with W Tax Group for 2 years and brings 9 years of tax resolution experience, with a specialty in federal and varied state negotiations and compliance. She speaks with clients about their federal and state negotiations, obtains and completes financial forms and documentation, and builds the full picture of each client’s tax story.
For Catherine, hearing a client’s long exhale of relief after they’ve allowed her to assist them is exhilarating — earning their trust that she will always speak honestly and openly about their situation. Outside of work, she plays piano and writes and sings music as her church’s music director, serves her community with the Order of the Eastern Star, and helps individuals through a food and housing assistance program.
