Yvonne has spent 9 years with W Tax Group and in the tax resolution industry, serving as the first point of contact for many clients after they reach out. An active listener with excellent communication skills, she guides clients through proper intake, articulates their resolution options, and keeps them in the loop throughout the process — asking the right questions to steer them away from trouble. Yvonne loves helping people; it brings her great joy to know she helped someone’s day get better, and she likes to lay her head down at night knowing she made a difference in someone’s life. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids and grandkids and being outdoors in the summer months.
